Our scones are light & sweet. Our scones are decorated with a whisk tied on each mix. This 14 oz mix will make approximately 16-18 scones. <p><p>

INGREDIENTS: Bleached enriched wheat flour (malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, raisins, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, with emulsifier (mono and diglycerides), leavening (sodium aluminum phosphate, baking soda), buttermilk, cinnamon and salt.

Proper Steeping Time

Suggested ratio is one teaspoon of
leaves per cup of water. However,
the light and voluminous teas will
taste best with twice that amount.

To steep your tea:
Use boiling water when preparing
black, dark oolong and herbal teas.
Use cooler water (under the
boiling point) when steeping
green, light oolong and white teas.

Steeping time is:
3-5 minutes for most black teas
5-7 minutes for dark oolong,
herbal, rooibos and white teas
3 minutes for green and light
oolong teas

DO NOT over-steep or your tea
will taste bitter.
